This is the classic, no-fuss, sourdough bread, a bread that's perfectly comfortable as your morning toast, mid-day sandwich, or turned into evening croutons.  It's tangy and slightly tart, with an exterior crunch when toasted. The composition is majority all-purpose flour, sourced from Central Milling, with 20% whole wheat flour mixed in to make a slighter denser loaf.
